At Zalleshop Barefoot Shoes, we prioritize customer satisfaction by offering high-quality, handmade leather products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns of unworn and undamaged shoes within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below.


Return Conditions

Final Sale & Discounted Items

  • Products marked as “Final Sale” are non-refundable. These items may only be exchanged or returned for store credit.

  • Orders purchased using site-wide discount codes or BOGO promotions (Buy One Get One 50% Off) are considered final sale and are not eligible for refunds. Only exchanges or store credit are available.

  • Items marked as discounted products are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

  • Gift cards are non-refundable.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Accessories (bags, belts, etc.) are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Due to health and hygiene regulations, care and maintenance products cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Custom-made or personalized orders are not eligible for return or exchange.

???? Please note: Orders placed using our 10% Welcome Discount are exempt from the final sale rule and may be returned under our standard return policy.


Bundle Purchases

  • If shoes purchased as part of a bundle are returned, the bundle will be considered invalid and the bundle discount will no longer apply.

  • The refund amount will be calculated by deducting the full standalone price of the accessory from the total bundle price paid.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • To make returns easier and more affordable, we operate warehouses in the USA, UK, and EU.


Condition of Returned Items

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging, without any labels or tape attached to the shoe box.

  • Items must show no signs of wear, use, or damage in order to qualify for a refund.


Non-Refundable Costs

  • Taxes, customs duties, and import fees are non-refundable.


How to Start a Return

  1. Please complete the online Return & Exchange Form on our website.

  2. Select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  3. Send the items back using the return address provided via email.


Refund Processing Information

  • Once your returned item reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a quality inspection.

  • After approval, refunds will be processed within 15–20 business days.

  • During peak seasons or public holidays, processing times may take slightly longer. Rest assured, we do our best to complete your refund as quickly as possible.


Order Cancellation

  • Please note that cancellations made more than 2 hours after placing an order are subject to a $25 processing fee.

How to Start an Exchange

  1. Complete the online Return & Exchange Form.

  2. Select the item you wish to exchange and choose your preferred alternative (size, model, etc.).

  3. Send the original product to the return address provided in the confirmation email.


Exchange Processing Information

  • Once received, the product will undergo quality inspection.

  • Approved exchanges are processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Processing times may be slightly longer during busy periods or holidays.


Creating a Return Request via Your Account

  1. Log in to your account.

  2. Go to “My Orders & Details”.

  3. In the order details section, select Product Return.

  4. Check the boxes for the items you wish to return and provide a reason for the return.

  5. Click “Submit Return Request”.

Your return request will be created, our team will contact you if needed, and your refund will be processed as soon as possible.
