Our story began with the passion of a team dedicated to bringing this heritage to the world, at a time when the value of naturalness, handcrafted goods, and cultural roots is increasingly recognized.

Yemenis have been the most authentic, healthiest, and most natural footwear tradition in Turkish culture for centuries. Made entirely from natural calfskin, the inner seams are hand-stitched with white stitching, reflecting the craftsman's patience. Thanks to their sweat-proof, chemical-free, and environmentally friendly design, they have been favored by everyone from commoners to sultans throughout history.

Zalle Shop's goal is not to let this unique tradition be forgotten, but to modernize it and transform it into a global fashion identity.

???? ZALLE – A Journey from Anatolia to the World

“Handcraftsmanship that combines the spirit of the past with the elegance of the present.”

My story began in Gaziantep…
While studying in the Turkish Folk Dance and Folklore Department at Gaziantep University's State Conservatory of Turkish Music, I didn't just research Anatolia's unique culture; I lived it, wore it, touched it, listened to it, and walked it.

In those years, the local manners, clothing, games, food, and most of all, the natural clothing and shoes left a mark on me. I was fascinated by the millennia-old culture of these lands. However, at the time, I realized that this culture couldn't be used for significant economic gains, so I found myself in a completely different field: the international cargo and logistics sector.

I worked in this sector for about nine years.
I loved my job so much that I achieved first place in Turkey two years in a row and third place in Turkey one year.
But my greatest achievement was; My goal was to guide every client I worked with, even those who only worked domestically, into exports.

To this end, I:

• Provided micro-export courses at GAİB,
• Provided training at Adıyaman University,
• Provided export training to Syrian immigrants in Şanlıurfa.

Telling people, "Don't be afraid of selling abroad," became my mission.

But one day, I stopped and thought:
"I was always producing, sending, selling, and demonstrating success to others... So, what was I producing?"

That's when I returned to my own roots.
Years ago, I remembered the Anatolian culture I'd been fascinated by while studying. I saw its natural leather shoes and bags... Its centuries-old handcrafted craftsmanship...
And a spark ignited within me.

"I must reintroduce this culture to the modern world."

So I began designing new models of natural leather products that embody both the traces of the past and the aesthetics of today. I created an innovative collection by combining the ancient Anatolian "yemeni" tradition with today's modern styles.

Furthermore, after reading scientific data about copper's magnesium-like effects on the human body and its energy balancing**, I realized that some brands were adding copper to their shoes.

I took this idea further and began producing natural leather shoes with copper soles.

This was a bridge between the past and the present…
I wasn't just showcasing a culture; I was keeping it alive, renewing it, and carrying it into the future.

Today, under the ZALLE brand, I design shoes and bags made of:
• natural leather,
• anatomical and healthy,
• copper soles,
• entirely handmade.

My goal isn't just to sell a product…
I'm to bring the millennium-old story, labor, texture, and spirit of Anatolia to every corner of the world.

And I believe that this culture is not a legacy passed down to us from the past, but a legacy to be passed on from us to the future.
