Delivery times vary depending on product stock availability. Orders placed before 3 PM on weekdays are shipped within 2 business days, while out-of-stock products are shipped within a maximum of 5 business days. In case of any issues with the product supply process, our customer representatives will contact you via your contact information (email or phone) to inform you about the product status.

Delivery Fee
The delivery fee varies depending on the product you order. The shipping fee will be provided to you after you select your province and district during the order completion process. Some campaigns published on our website offer free delivery, and this is indicated in the product details.

Return, Exchange, etc. Shipping Fees
Return, exchange, etc. In return processes, shipping costs are covered by the customer. After initiating the return process, you will be asked for the necessary information and a return shipping code will be sent. The return shipping fee may be deducted from your payment, or your payment may be fully refunded, and you may be asked to pay an additional 200 TL for shipping.

Exceptions
In cases of product recall, incorrect order shipment, exceptional circumstances determined by the company, or if the shipping company refunds the shipping fee, the shipping fee will be refunded to the customer. Otherwise, regardless of whether our company has already collected it, no refunds will be made for the shipping fee.

Damaged Package/Product
Please be sure to open your package and check your product in the presence of the delivery person upon delivery. If there is any damage to the products inside the box delivered by the shipping company, do not accept the shipment and fill out a damage report. Do not accept the products for which a damage report has been filed. The damaged products will be replaced and shipped to you again.

Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the item you purchased, please let us know immediately. We offer a full money-back guarantee for all your online purchases.

Most new, unopened, or defective items can be returned within 45 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. If the return is due to our error (you received the wrong or defective item, etc.), we will cover the return shipping costs.

Please note that for returns due to a change of mind, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your return reaches our warehouse, our team will inspect and process it within 2-4 business days. Refunds usually appear in your account within 5-7 business days, depending on your payment provider. All refunds are made to the original payment method used.

Please note that items are for personal use and returns must be in their original packaging (new or unused, with original tags attached).

For our shoes, we kindly ask that you try them on indoors to determine if the size is correct. This helps keep the shoes in their original condition in case an exchange or return is needed.

If your order includes a free gift or promotional item as part of a bundle or special offer, and the return causes your order to fall below the required threshold, please return the gift as well. If the gift is not included in the return, we reserve the right to deduct its value from your refund amount. Mystery Gift Usage: Mystery gifts given with certain promotions are intended for use in future purchases. They cannot be applied to the order in which they were received. Additional terms or limitations may apply depending on the promotion.

and your return process has been initiated.
The return process will be started, you will be contacted, and your refund will be processed as soon as possible.

You can initiate the exchange process through our self-service exchange portal.

If you want a refund, please send an email with the following information:

2. Order number

3. Problem

4. Attach a photo and/or video of the product (for shoes, please send photos of both the upper and the sole)

5. What you want (refund to original payment method, store credit, or coupon)

Once your request is approved, please send the product in its protective packaging (we recommend the original packaging) to the address provided to you by Customer Service.
